Do I get access to manage DNS settings when I purchase domain from you?

By default, DNS management is not included when you purchase a new domain with IP ServerOne. During the domain registration process, you will be required to provide name server details, which determine where the DNS for your domain will be managed.

If you do not have an existing DNS management service, you may opt to use our DNS hosting service, which allows you to manage DNS settings directly through our Customer Portal. We offer a free DNS hosting plan that includes up to 2 DNS records. If you require more than 2 DNS records, you may subscribe to our paid plans, starting from the Standard DNS plan at RM0.14 per day per domain.

If you wish to use our DNS hosting, please enter the following name servers during registration:

• 1510.ipxcdn.com
• ns-2379.ipxcdn.com

Once your domain has been successfully registered, you can manage its DNS settings through the Customer Portal by following these steps:

1. Log in to the Customer Portal
2. Navigate to My Services → Domain
3. Click View on the domain you wish to manage
4. Select Manage
