Yes, you can rename an email address in DirectAdmin by editing its username under Email Accounts in the Email Manager.

However, please remember that this WOULD NOT automatically update elsewhere. You will also need to manually change the address in any linked features like Autoresponders, Vacation Messages, and Forwarders where the old email was used.
